Working parents of a child with special needs asked for help purchasing a tracking device similar to AngelSense, so as to monitor the child’s whereabouts. Concerned for the child’s safety, as the child tended to wander and was unaware of potential dangers, the Board readily approved the request, to give Mom peace of mind and the ability to focus at work while the child was not in her care.
