Parents of a premature infant (born at 28 weeks) asked for help purchasing a breast pump. The family’s insurance would not pay until after the original due date. Mom was pumping breast milk as the infant’s sole form of nutrition and needed help now. Our Board approved the request and the device was ordered and delivered to the family home.
