When the apartment of single, working mother of three flooded this past winter, the family temporarily relocated. When they were able to return to their apartment some time later, they discovered that mold had now claimed most of their possessions, including the children’s beds. At the time they contacted For Kids Foundation, the three kids were sleeping on the floor in a friend’s home. Our Board approved purchase of three new beds from Reno Mattress Company, thanks to a generous discount.
