Having known For Kids Foundation from our help a few years prior when we funded genetic testing for her son, a single, working Mom reached out again. Her child was currently in severe pain from a dental issue requiring immediate attention. Due to a change in insurance coverage, her out-of-pocket cost for the procedure was beyond what she could pay and she asked for our assistance. We reached out to Board Member Michelle Harrington, who has worked in the dental community for years. Confirming this child needed immediate attention, our Board approved the request.
