Bambi Sphar and Laurie Roberts, owners of Nevada Equine Assisted Therapy (NEAT), opened their (barn) doors to children and families for two weekends this spring for a Fantasy Photo Experience. It was fun to see the kids nuzzle up to Honey (the unicorn) and ham it up for photographic family memories. The event was created to support For Kids Foundation’s NEAT Scholarship Fund. They raised enough dollars to provide one child with 12 sessions of equine-assisted therapy.
