Working parents of young child asked for help obtaining an Ear, Nose and Throat consultation for their child who suffered from repeated bouts of strep throat. The family used Access to Health Care Network to obtain medical care, which deeply discounted the fees to obtain the consultation, yet which was more than the family could afford. Our Board approved the request to help doctors establish diagnosis and guide future treatment.
