Single grandparent/guardian asked for help obtaining a portable basketball hoop for her grandchild. The child has been in the grandmother’s care and new to the area. COVID-19 limited school attendance and the child’s ability to make new friends. A basketball hoop in the driveway would offer the child some physical activity as well as attract neighborhood kids to play and build new friendships.
